Indian Health Services announced Tuesday the organization is stripping federal pension and benefits from a former Pine Ridge doctor sentenced for child abuse.
Retired Capt. Stanley Patrick Weber was striped of his pension following the completion of a review by the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps Board of Inquiry, according to a press release from U.S. South Dakota Representative Dusty Johnson’s office Tuesday afternoon.
