MARLBOROUGH Thrive Support & Advocacy, a nonprofit empowering youth and adults with developmental disabilities, recently announced its first Standing Ovation Awards, an initiative created to recognize staff members and supportive community partners.
The first of the planned annual awards went to employee Michelle Lariviere of Marlborough, a longtime residential program director who saved the life of an individual earlier this year, and SLH Medical Supply, a Webster business that provided much-needed Personal Protective Equipment to Thrive when the COVID-19 pandemic hit last spring.
