The little boy wasnt breathing by the time he was pulled out. There was one child wh a citizen started cpr on. It was heart wrenching when you see the baby getting cpr. That was a hard part. Passengers nearby tried to hill p. Help. Were yelling at them telling them to put on life jackets. Nearby bystanders were critical. They transferred those people to fire boats, to the police boats. And were able to get everybody back and accounted for. Investigators are trying to figure out what caused the boat to sink. We had 30 people in the water on one of the days with more boats than any other. This is a lot of good fortune and good luck.
