Police announced by helicopter to disperse, calling it an unlawful assembly. San jose police tell us they arrested a few people and one officer was assaulted. Now, the police were here on hand the entire time, but they never seemed to intervene as people were getting beaten up. It seems they were trying to hold the perimeter.
