In the latest episode of his podcast series ‘Speaking for India’, Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin alleged that the BJP led by PM Narendra Modi was of the opinion that ‘states should be abolished’.
In his first episode of ‘Speaking for India’ podcast series, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin on Monday said the INDIA alliance must win the 2024 elections to prevent the country from falling prey to religious hatred and violence “like in Manipur and Haryana.” Stalin also accused the BJP of inciting the fire of religious sentiments and basking in the “warmth of its fiery flames.”
DMK chief says he will “speak for India”, take on BJP; another step in the Tamil Nadu CM's efforts to project himself as the face of alternative governance, representing the South.
In a one-minute video clip that he shared on X, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister said: "We are in a situation to speak for India. I am to speak about the breakdown of the country by the BJP government, which is about to end in the 2024 elections. I am to speak in an audio series named Speaking for India about Future India."
