Its well, thats what qualified means, justice alito. It means that, you know, if youre not qualified, youre unqualified. And so, i mean, thats what it means. And so youre just reading the word qualified out of the statute if you read it that way. Qualified is used in the in the lay sense of the term, its not a technical term here.
