then, you said at some point, there was a telephone conversation between the president and the vice president? is that correct? yes. when i entered the office, the second time, he was on the phone with who i later found out to be the vice president. did you hear the vice president, or only hear the president s end? only hear the president s end. it was a calmer tone and then became heated. the conversation was pretty heated. did you hear any part of the phone call? like the end of the president. as i was drops off the note, i remember hearing the word wimp. e called him a wimp. i don t remember him saying you will be a wimp. it s been reported that the president said to the vice president, something to the effect of you don t have the courage to make a hard decision. i remember it was something like that, yeah. being not tough enough to make the call. the wording is wrong. i made the wrong decision four or five years ago. the word that the president call
and you get in a bad spot. and it happened to john eastman on the biggest stage imaginable. why haven t any of the guys been sanctioned? you get too far into representation? john eastman never did this in court. and the sanctions have been slow to come. it hasn t been clear who would sanction john eastman for advice he was giving a client, as opposed to filing in court. we learned that eastman e-mailed rudy giuliani about receiving a presidential pardon. that ended up not happening. and eastman pleaded the fifth more than 100 times in his deposition. is that a tell to you?
liberals and particularly for feminists. it s really showing a sort of ugly underbelly of our society and our culture especially when you consider that no matter what happens it seems very likely that a majority of men are going to end up voting for donald trump. yeah, and we then end up in the situation and part of what we re seeing happen, right, is that women who have come forward obviously they re being contested by the trump campaign, they re attempting to knock these down. i should say this has happened in the past, it happened with women that accused bill clinton of either sexual impropriety or actual sexual assault. it is the sort of defense posture that we seen when women come forward. and it s playing out on the biggest stage imaginable, in some ways confirming what so many others don t.
and it s one of the reasons that i think that a lot of women, you know, even though in some ways trump is an ideal opponent for hillary clinton for people who don t want to see republicans in power, this isn t a lot of fun, these last few weeks, for liberals and particularly for feminists. it s really showing a sort of ugly underbelly of our society and our culture especially when you consider that no matter what happens it seems very likely that a majority of men are going to end up voting for donald trump. yeah, and we then end up in the situation and part of what we re seeing happen, right, is that women who have come forward obviously they re being contested by the trump campaign, they re attempting to knock these down. i should say this has happened in the past, it happened with women that accused bill clinton of either sexual impropriety or actual sexual assault. it is the sort of defense posture that we seen when women come forward. and it s playing out on the biggest stage im
grandest stage imaginable. donald trump makes so responsibility for his statements. he s telling his supporters that he s only losing because of that he s now seeking to discredit, delegitimize and stroiz. today he lashed out at the republican party leader who refuses to defend him. house speaker paul ryan and other republicans have sinister motives for not rallying around trump after the second political debate. you would think they would be saying, let s go, don, she s a crook, we have got to stop her. no, he doesn t do that. there s a whole deal going on, we re going to figure it out. i always figure things out. but there s a whole sinister deal going on. it s just not paul ryan that he s out to it s the pollsters, he casts as corrupt.
