A cafe owner trying to bounce back from the pandemic has hit out at a customer who left a one star Google review because his sandwich wasn t served with baked beans - despite the side not being listed on the menu.
Rebekka Jane, who runs Bankhouse Diner & Bar in Stafford, has been beset by a series of misfortunes in the space of just two weeks and went on a self-confessed rant on Facebook.
Furious at receiving two petty one-star Google reviews, she told how her establishment has also been targeted by criminals on three occasions, with thieves making off with their parasols and other diners leaving without paying their bill.
