A man wanted on felony charges in Fredericksburg was taken into custody Wednesday after Stafford deputies found him hiding in the backseat of a car, police said.
A 22-year-old Stafford County man was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with a homicide and a second shooting that occurred early Sunday in Prince George s County, Md., police said.
At one time, officers responding to a horrific scene were expected to "suck it up." But more officers have been able to receive mental health training and counseling.
