STAFFORD Co., Va. (WWBT) - Stafford County Fire and Rescue said a building fire was sparked after a delivery driver hit the service drop for the powerlines to the building.
Crews were called to the 400 block of Chatham Heights Road near Butler Road around 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Crews arrived and found smoke coming from the roof and attic area of the building. Once inside, they found fire in the attic.
