Carolyn DeMark, RN, BSN has been named Director of Quality and Staff Development at Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS). She will be responsible for quality improvement and risk management for all programs and services at HCS. She will also implement staff education and development for professional excellence. DeMark has been with HCS for eleven years, most recently as the Patient Care Manager for their Charlestown office. Prior to coming to HCS, she held several nursing roles at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics, and was a nurse clinician at Monadnock Community Hospital.
HCS provides home care and hospice services throughout southwestern New Hampshire. The non-profit organization has offices in Keene, Charlestown and Peterborough.
