It’s not going to happen. In fact, the state is expecting a $351 million surplus. “This is probably one of the budgets I felt most comfortable starting out with,” State Representative Regina Cobb (R) Kingman District 5 said. Cobb is the Chair of the House Appropriations Committee. “We’re still going to have a lot of negotiating going forward but I feel very comfortable where it’s starting at.”
