The DeKalb County Board of Education at their February and April meetings rejected modernization of 95-year-old Druid Hills High School and voted instead for district-wide repairs at an estimated cost of $444 million.
It didn’t take long for the May 1 Dunwoody Homeowners Association meeting to escalate, given that Anna Hill, the city’s representative on the DeKalb School Board was scheduled to speak.
A traffic study found 2,319 speed violations in three Dunwoody school zones in one day. Chief Grogan wants to install cameras to cite the speeders, and says inaction from DeKalb
