Kentucky restaurants and bars will be able to reopen their indoor services at 50% capacity starting Monday, Gov. Andy Beshear announced Thursday.
Service must stop at 11 p.m. for restaurants and bars and close by midnight, Beshear said, which continues a curfew he had previously set.
