WATERBURY Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a city woman who allegedly struck another woman with her car after a fight, leaving her with life-threatening injuries.
Waterbury police said they have obtained an arrest warrant charging the driver, 35-year-old Stacy Edwards with first-degree criminal attempt at manslaughter and reckless driving. Edwards, who has not been apprehended by authorities yet, also faces charges of evading responsibility, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, police said.
