Former world travellers Jade Tareha and her partner Stacey Cooper are the hospitality queens behind Sunshine Beach restaurant Humble on Duke. The pair s cosy 14-seat restaurant opened late last year with little advertisement but through word of mouth it s since proved popular among the community for its unique food and wine, and ever-changing menu. Jade Tareha and Stacey Conner opened Humble on Duke at Sunshine Beach in late 2020 offering up an Australian twist on Middle Eastern food.
