Red Cross offering antibody testing for COVID-19 with blood donation

March 13, 2021 OTTAWA – The American Red Cross is continuing to test blood, platelet and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies. The test may indicate if the donor’s immune system has produced antibodies to this coronavirus, regardless of whether an individual developed COVID-19 symptoms. Red Cross antibody tests will be helpful to identify individuals who have COVID-19 antibodies and may now help current coronavirus patients in need of convalescent plasma transfusions. They say that antibody test results will be available within one to two weeks in the Red Cross Blood Donor App or donor portal at RedCrossBlood.org. Upcoming donation events this week include Tuesday at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley and Thursday at First United Methodist Church in Princeton

He found some exxxcess funds. A Pennsylvania church treasurer stole $150,000 of the church’s money and spent it on porn, police said. Cops said Glenn Yothers, 56, swiped the money from St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Latrobe, about 30 miles southeast of downtown Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported. Investigators said Yothers transferred the money to his personal account .
