Michael (Mickey) Finucane, Predeceased by his parents Patrick & Margaret, sister Bridie and his adored grandson Liam. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Mary, son Hawlie, daughter Elaine, grandchildren Rachel, Ewyon and Bowie, daughter in law Breda, son in law Paudie, nephew, sister in law Kathleen and her husband Jim and family, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Predeceased by her loving parents Mary and Michael Fitzpatrick. Deeply regretted by her loving daughter and best friend Amy and Amy s partner David, much adored grandchildren Isabel and Macie, sisters Noreen, Marytina, Pauline and Caroline, brothers Denis and Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family, all other relatives, neighbours and many friends, especially those in her dialysis family.

Limerick cartoonist remembered for his ‘humble and kind’ nature Reporter: );   ); WARM tributes have been paid to the former Limerick Leader graphic artist and cartoonist Seamus Donelan. Seamus, who passed away on Christmas Eve, was well-known for producing his cartoons, entitled As Donnelan sees it, a deliberate misspelling of his surname.​ He was also the first ever graphic artist at the Limerick Leader, and this newspaper’s long-serving former editor Brendan Halligan described him as “gentle, humble and kind”. “Seamus was an ingenious graphic designer, an entertaining cartoonist and a trailblazing professional. But he was more, far more than even that. The perpetual glint in his eye lit up the lives of us all,” he added.
