PLANS to build a new all-weather running track at a primary school have been approved. South Lakeland District Council has given the thumbs up for St Marys R C School in Springfield Road, Ulverston to build an all weather, permeable running track. The council also gave the green light for the school to build a shelter for children to use during adverse weather.
