A representative for St Mary’s Secondary School in Macroom has revealed how former student Bambie Thug was an ‘exceptionally’ creative student who helped the school choir group win an All-Ireland Schools competition.
Some of the best young minds in Cork showcased their innovative research and exciting findings at the BT Young Scientist Exhibition last weekend, with students from Ballincollig, Blarney, Kanturk, Macroom, Mallow and Mitchelstown amongst the event’s participants.
