On Feb. 14 from 2 to 4 p.m., The Reverend Lester Mackenzie AHC, rector of St Mary’s Episcopal Church in Laguna Beach and retired Reverend Deacon Andrea Paddock will provide the service of the Imposition of Ashes at the South Laguna Community Garden Park, located at 31610 Coast Highway.
