Men Arrested in Separate Incidents Friday Eve in Fayette County
An Arlington man has been arrested on a Fayette County warrant for seriously injuring someone.
On Friday (March 5), 26 year old Jacob Smith of Arlington was picked up by deputies, for a Fayette County warrant for Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury. Smith was held in the Fayette County jail on $15,000 bond.

And deputies were called to investigate a disturbance in the city of St. Lucas. The incident was reported at about 11:30pm Friday. Responding officers arrested 27 year old Zackery Frazer of St. Lucas, on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance-3rd or Subsequent Offense. Frazer was held in the Fayette County jail until his initial court appearance.
Area Man Rescued from Being Pinned Under a Fork Lift
A West Union man was hospitalized over the weekend, from an accident involving a fork lift.
At about 1pm Saturday, the Fayette County Sheriff received a report of an accident at a residence on Nature Road near St. Lucas. An investigation determined that 57 year old Glen Yost of West Union was using a fork lift to move equipment on an icy driveway.
The fork lift tipped onto it s side, pinning Yost s leg.
Yost was freed by emergency workers. He was airlifted by Gunderson Air to an area hospital for treatment. There was no word on his condition.
