While the ropes and now this fake body are being investigated some people here in oakland have taken it upon themselves to patrol the lake to get more eyes on whats going on just my stomach turned and i couldnt believe what i was seen a fake body hanging from a noose on a tree near Lake Merritt Police say the person who reported the hate crime took it down and when officers arrived they found this material stuffed in the shape of the human body with a rope tied around the torso and neck laying on the ground next to a tree with an American Flag flying next to it. Any symbol of hate any symbol of violence does not have a place in oakland Oakland Police say they notified the fbi and both agencies are working to identify who was responsible for this and the nooses found hanging in the trees around the lake on tuesday both incidents are being classified as hate crimes in vigorous us. They had a couple of tollbooth lanes closed overnight and overnight roadwork but now everything is moving fine into and out of San Francisco. On the maps, if you are traveling in the east bay right now, well go to northbound 680 where there is some roadwork this morning approaching monument boulevard. Various lanes blocked, that is scheduled until about 6 00 this morning. It is in the northbound lanes. Obviously our sensors though not picking up much of a delay heading into concord. The macarthur maze nice and quiet this morning on 80. Highway 24, highway 13, and 880 all look good as you head towards the maze. Highway 4 no delay as well yet. 61 Miles Per Hour. Sfo. Crews have been working all night long to get all the debris off runway 28left. The body of the plane was moved to another location at the airport earlier this morning. And thats where kpix 5s anne makovec joins us now with more on the push to get that runway back up and running by sunday. Anne. Reporter im at the north end of the airport close to the wreckage. Its an horrific sight up close, just half the plane here and others scattered around the field here behind me. It is now under the care of Asiana Airlines and they are going to likely cut it up and haul it away within the next week or so. This picture was taken about 3 30 this morning. It started while crews were sawing it in half to move it off the runway, smoke pouring from the aircraft. It creates heat and friction cutting through the materials. Westbound 580 there is an accident there approaching north flynn and you can see on our sensors that we are beginning to see some slowdowns now continuing towards 680 and the dublin interchange. This accident is by grant line road. I take that back. It was an accident there. It is blocking one lane so thats westbound 580 approaching grant line road but seeing brake lights past vasco. Past that our Speed Sensors turn back to green and we see better conditions approaching the dublin interchange. This is our other accident. This is an overturn crash. It is in the Center Divide coming through sunol. Southbound 680 approaching 84, we are seeing brake lights one of our sensors picking up speeds only about 24 Miles Per Hour.
