Denpasar/Jakarta The search for one of the black boxes from the Sriwijaya Air passenger jet that crashed into the Java Sea on Saturday has been suspended due to bad weather, Indonesian officials said.

Divers have been scouring the sea bed off the Indonesian island of Java in the search for the flight recorders of a passenger plane that crashed into the Java Sea. Authorities hope the black box data will clarify why the Boeing 737 came down just minutes after taking off. Sixty-two people were on board.
