The shooting happened around 9 00 wednesday night. We heard a series of pops. Thinking that it was firecrackers or some other type of noise. We didnt think too much of it until the Police Showed up. San jose police have not identified the shooter, but say he was the exboyfriend of the couples daughter. The police chief says the 24yearold man ultimately pointed a gun at police and was shot and killed by an officer. A neighbor captured the audio on her cell phone. He didnt give this family choices.
