To celebrate winning Hy-Vee KidsFit’s Squat Challenge, Clay Elementary School lined up boxes through the school s halls and watched them fall like dominos. Clay Elementary School Principal Lea Morris said the project highlighted hunger and the “domino effect” breakfast can have on student’s success.“Whether it is learning at school, increased learning … but then also moving more, it s been proven that if you eat breakfast, you move throughout your day,” Morris said.The trail of cereal boxes spanned more than half a mile throughout the school.After the challenge,
