台中市美髮師方兆杰今年5月酒駕被查獲，未料相隔不到1天竟二度酒駕還撞死資深媒體人黃暐瀚母親，台中地院今開庭審理，方男主動向黃家致歉，但黃家表達拒絕和解之意，「尊重法官審理、依法裁判」，公訴檢察官也說，方男酒駕一犯再犯，心存僥倖、無視法律存在，請法官不要讓他交保並依法嚴判。今年5月4日凌晨，方男酒後開賓士車行經西屯區文心路時，因闖紅燈被警方攔下查獲酒駕，依公共危險罪嫌移送偵辦，未料隔天也就是5日凌晨，他開著同輛車行經東興路一段時，高速撞上黃暐瀚70歲母親，黃母傷重不治，方男肇事後竟到超商買1瓶啤酒喝下，企圖規避酒駕責任，警方到場對他進行酒測，酒測值達0.4帶回偵辦。
