“Dear Ike: Lost Letters to a Teen Idol” makes its Ohio debut at the Highland Square Theatre on Sunday, May 28. The animated documentary is produced and directed by former Akron resident Dion Labriola and chronicles his own journey of trying to connect with his childhood idol, Ike Eisenmann.
