PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Federal Court rejected Synergy Promenade Sdn Bhd (SPSB)’s application for leave to appeal over its RM100mil defamation suit against former deputy minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Razali Ibrahim relating to his statement on the company’s involvement in the Kuala Lumpur Vertical City Project (KLVC) at Jalan Semarak.

The Minister in the Prime Minister s Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) said that the potential as the main gateway for trade, focusing mostly on the larger Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines under the East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) region.
