Caleb Kuphall s 23-09 stringer on day 3 added 7 pounds to his lead at the Lake Guntersville Bassmaster Elite Series.
By B.A.S.S. Communications Staff Knowing when to shift gears rewarded Caleb Kuphall with a five-bass limit of 23-09, which helped him extend his lead at the Lake Guntersville Bassmaster Elite Series with a three-day total weight of 66-13.
Holding the top spot since Day 1, the pro from Mukwonago, Wis., set the pace with a first-round limit of 27-10 the tournaments biggest bag and followed with 15-10. After the first two days found Kuphall with leads of 6-07 and 4-09, he ll enter the final day 11 1/2 pounds ahead of Alabama pro Wes Logan.
