South Australia’s metropolitan harness meeting will be held on Tuesday after inclement weather forced a postponement on Saturday.
Harness Racing South Australia stewards made a track inspection mid-afternoon on Saturday and decided the track would be unsafe for racing and the meeting was transferred to Tuesday.
Murray Bridge trainer Alan Cronin is hoping a better draw will help his pacer Premonition turn the tables on Springfield Affair at Globe Derby Park.
The pair will clash in the Jive Café Pace (1800m) this week, a race which also features talented three-year-old Artillery.
