天来村地处偏僻，山多地少，曾是出了名的贫困村。近年来，村党支部坚持党建引领，创新发展“添动力”，深挖特色“增潜力”，带领群众成功铺筑了一条依“山”致富的乡村振兴路。
天来村土壤适合栽果树，发展果业具有优势。早些年，村民也曾种植果树，但不成规模，缺少抵御市场风险的能力。为守住这棵“摇钱树”，村“两委”班子研究决定引进新品种，扩大规模，成立傅博果业专业合作社，凝聚起合力，带领大家致富。到去年年底，全村果树面积已达8000多亩，年产水果500余万公斤，产值超千万元。村民感慨地说：“要脱贫，先要找好门路；要想富，还得栽果树。”
天来村在合作社成立党支部，以“党建+合作社+贫困户”模式为脱贫攻坚“添动力”。合作社吸纳有劳动能力的贫困群众为社员，实行
