Vision Lampasas celebrated its newest mural Sunday afternoon with an official unveiling of the artwork, anchored to the Spring Ho Committee building at 304 Spring Ho Ave. Vision Lampasas members (in light blue shirts) are joined by the festival committee members (in green shirts) to show off the piece that pays tribute to the city’s signature event.
