LOCK HAVEN Ann Zaprazny, a 2015 Lock Haven University alumna, is a mental performance coach who works with athletes to transform their confidence to achieve their goals. She recently released a book titled, “Great Sports Minds Athlete Journal.”
“Great Sports Minds Athlete Journal” is a 90-day journal with three sections described as, a game plan to succeed in sports and life. The book helps clients learn to reduce performance obstacles and find joy in their sport again. Sections include: “The Winning Formula,” 90 daily reflection pages and 12 weekly challenges.
