The planned googleplex will displace a lot of longtime businesses. Google has not announced its plans yet but leaders state project will be 6 million square feet, and its in an attractive spot because of the dear dawn station. Local businesses had mixed feelings. Businesses that own their properties already made deals with google and other merchants might be forced to close or move if their landlords sale.
