NBA Rumors: Milwaukee Bucks in talks with EuroLeague guard Elijah Bryant

Milwaukee Bucks plan to sign guard Elijah Bryant, who played in Israel

The Milwaukee Bucks are trying to add Elijah Bryant for their active roster as the team is working to negotiate the 6-foot-5-inch guard’s exit from the Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball Club. The Bucks regular season ends on May 16.  The Journal Sentinel confirmed the intent to sign Bryant, which was first reported on May 5 by Sport 5 television in Israel and Sportando.  The Athletic added to that reporting Saturday by noting that Rodions Kurucs is the player the team would waive to make room on the active roster for Bryant. Bryant, 26, was a member of the Bucks’ 2019 summer league team and in 2020 the team reportedly tried to bring him stateside, but he turned them down to remain with Maccabi Tel Aviv.
