Mangaluru, Jan 15: Newly inducted state cabinet minister S Angara visited BJP office here on Friday January 15. He said that he will work in such a manner not to put the faith and belief of BJP and the workers on him to disgrace and also handle the responsibility given by the party efficiently.
Angara spoke after receiving the felicitation in the programme that was organized by Dakshina Kannada district BJP at the district BJP office of Dakshina Kannada in the city, to congratulate him on his becoming a minister.

Mangaluru: VHP to hold fund raising campaign for Ayodhya Ram Mandir from Jan 15

Mangaluru Jan 12: Vishwa Hindu Parishad will hold a campaign to raise funds for the construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya from January 15 to February 5, informed regional secretary Sharan Pumpwell.
Addressing media here on Tuesday, January 12, Sharan Pumpwell said, “Recently, the foundation stone was laid for Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. Under Shri Rama Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra trust, Vishwa Hindu Parishad will conduct a fundraising campaign from January 15 to February 5.”
Regional secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Sharan Pumpwell said, “VHP representatives will visit every household and collect funds for Ram Mandir. We have formed a team at 4,000 booths, each booth carries 25 members and will collect fund from people in Mangaluru region. We have printed coupons of Rs 10, Rs 100 and Rs 1,000. Those w
