The meeting was called to order just after 6 p.m.
Under consent agenda items, the approval of meeting and closed session minutes of their Dec. 14 meeting; approval of financial reports and approval of bills in the amount of $99,570.88 were passed 6-0.

Mr. Christopher Janssen provided updates on the rapid testing program. He is waiting on approval from the doctor. He hopes to start within the coming weeks.
Further, Janssen said they were hopeful staff can get vaccinated within a couple of weeks. A rough survey was done and about 60% of the staff are interested in taking the vaccine.
