criminal defense attorney, what is inside the mind perhaps of or strategy, if you will, of that murder/suicide theory? well, a couple of things. we know the defense now is first poking holes in the investigation itself because he is criticizing the first person on scene for not preserving critical evidence, harris. tire tracks are very critical and this officer is claiming he didn t care or do anything. well, if we blame this crime on somebody else because, quote, my client didn t do it. murder/suicide is perhaps a plausible theory, as will be other third parties like their crazy cousin curtis who will also bear some of the blame as this trial continues. harris: we re getting details from the sergeant daniel greene from his camera that he was
georgia but it has expanded so much to include the fake electors scheme, to include false statements before georgia state lawmakers, to include, you know, threats and harassment to election workers. so we don t know how much of that really made its way into the grand jury s final report. we don t know if they decided any of these activities amounted to criminal offenses. we are going to be watching in court today for any kind of hint of what the grand jury put in their report and of course any hint of whether they recommended indictments. sara murray, thanks so much. joining us to discuss molly ball national political correspondent for time magazine. good to have you on. thanks for having me. the judge has a decision to make but setting aside his legal questions here of course the question becomes the political impact. i suppose from the perspective of prosecutors, the advantage of releasing the report would show their evidence, what they ve gathered, on the flip side it would
