The Splash Centre in Harbour Grace, which provides hundreds of young people with everything from meals to prom dresses, recreation and mental health support is in desperate need of help to keep its programming going.
Since 2014, the centre a part of the province s community youth network has called the former Harbour Grace Primary School home.
But the building s roof has been leaking.
Executive director Maggie Snow says the leaks were contained to the gym when they first moved in, but they ve since spread, causing damage throughout the building.

Swimmers dive into the Whanganui Bridge to Bridge Challenge

Hosted by the Whanganui Multisport Club, 34 swimmers competed in the 3km event.
Starting near the Aramoho Rowing Club, the swimmers finished the 3.2km swim at the Union Boat Club.
Simon Mori took first place by more than a minute with a time of 26m 50s. With his win, Mori claimed the Holmes Cup.

As the year begins with a spell of warm and settled weather, the Whanganui swimming season is under way at last - but where are the best aquatic leisure spots and what do we need to know?
Beach patrols are operating daily at Castlecliff and Kai Iwi beaches. Beachgoers are urged to swim between the flags at both locations and Whanganui Surf Lifesavers are on hand to offer advice and information.
