STRATFORD Interest from potential developers in the former Center School property downtown is higher than ever, according to town officials.
Four companies have sent in proposals to redevelop the property in response to a request for proposals the town put out recently.
At a meeting of the town’s Redevelopment Agency last week, Chairman George Perham identified the bidders as Bridgeport-based Primrose Companies, Spirit Investment Partners, Salce Companies, and Romano Brothers Builders.
