BCCO”), a private BC company, is pleased to announce it has entered into a letter of intent dated April 1, 2021 (the “
LOI”) with Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. (“
Spirit”) pursuant to which the company will acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of Spirit (the “
Proposed Transaction”) and Spirit will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Spirit is a private company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia and has a wholly owned subsidiary, Spirit Blockchain AG, a Swiss Company.
