One of downtown Fort Worth’s biggest office campuses is for sale.
The two-tower City Place complex has more than 550,000 square feet of office space and is located on downtown Fort Worth’s northwest side.
The four-block commercial building complex was built in 1976 as the Tandy Center, an office and retail mixed-use project that housed the headquarters for Radio Shack’s parent firm.
The property is owned by Dallas-based Spire Realty Group, which has spent more than $20 million on upgrades to the buildings.

Dallas firm is now leasing one of downtown Fort Worth’s largest offices

Dallas-based commercial property firm Stream Realty Partners is taking over the leasing of one of downtown Fort Worth’s largest office projects.
The two-tower City Place complex includes more than 530,000 square feet of offices near Fort Worth’s landmark Sundance Square.
Spire Realty Group owns the property.
“City Place is a special asset to us and a big part of downtown Fort Worth’s history,” Spire Realty’s Jordyn Allen said in a prepared statement. “Spire is looking forward to partnering with Stream to showcase City Place as one of downtown Fort Worth’s only true Class A office projects.”
