not oennly baton rouge and new orleans, but oil refineries and chemical plants are down there and there is big industry they have to protect and this is what you end up with, the flooding here, go out and see the boat dock, solidly into the water. typically that would be dry land, and this is the river basin and you see the water here and this is not from the water being lased from the spill way. this is water they were dealing with, flooding as it was. and, we re going to see the water from the spill way get here, it is not here yet and will get here later today, and, this is going to come up quite a bit and big concerns, right here in this region, we talked earlier with the st. martin parish president, and he had this to say: very, very much emotion, rightfully so. people s lives, are going to be changed and devastated because of these high waters and none of us we were hoping they would have told us, we are keeping the morganza closed.
