Locally owned and operated fast-casual pizza concept, Fired Pie, has launched a ghost kitchen operating out of two of its Fired Pie locations. The team has brought Chicago-based fast Asian street food concept, Wow Bao to the Valley and it is currently being offered only through third- party delivery services including Postmates, DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Wow Bao is also available for catering through EzCater’s website.

Fired Pie has plans to expand Wow Bao to operate out of four additional Fired Pie stores in the next 30 days and to 12 locations in the next three months.
