Spherion sponsors second annual scholarship

The Spherion Owner Community announced the application opening this week for the Sandy Mazur Excellence in Leadership Scholarship.
The scholarship is named in honor of former Spherion President Sandy Mazur and the contributions she made during her 18-year career with Spherion.
The scholarship is available to any person that has a GPA of 2.5 or higher, is seeking a continuing education program at a two-year or four-year institution or trade school and lives in a county with a local Spherion office.
Applicants have a chance to earn a scholarship of up to $2,500. The deadline for application for this scholarship is April 30.
