GATES, N.Y. Gates police have released the name of a man killed when his car was struck by a garbage truck and a pickup truck.
Officers responded to a call for a three-car crash at Spencerport Road at Virginia Manor Drive around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say Paul Laudico, 63, was waiting to turn when he was rear-ended by a Suburban Disposal truck. According to investigators, the impact caused Laudico s car to veer into the oncoming lane where it was then struck by the pickup truck.
