“It’s all Nancy Naeve’s fault,” Eric Meeter joked regarding his new Grand Avenue endeavor, working alongside his father Greg, mother Lorelei and wife Kristen.
Eric, who sits on the Spencer MainStreet Spencer Board, attended a meeting where Naeve indicated Don Hemphill might be looking to sell his downtown office location as well as other properties which were damaged during the January 2023 fire.
It started the wheel’s turning.
