Saturday was the 39th annual California Coastal Cleanup Day. The Coastal Commission reported over 126,500 pounds of trash was collected up and down the state.
A ceremony was held Thursday to rename the Aliso Creek Bridge as Officer Jon Coutchie Memorial Bridge. Coutchie died in the line of duty 10 years ago to the day.
