Alexander Elementary School in Adrian cut the ribbon on its new, all-inclusive playground during a ceremony Monday morning, which was attended by city officials and other government representatives.
After several delays and rescheduling of construction dates, the all-inclusive, boundless playground at Alexander Elementary School in Adrian was pieced together Thursday through Saturday.
